We are able to sharpen most types of knives, though we specialise in high quality chefs’ and kitchen knives. Knife sharpening is carried out using a specialised knife sharpening system which grinds at three different angles to create the optimum profile for strength and for preserving the sharpness of the blade.
Following grinding, the knife is hand finished using either a Japanese water stone or a leather strop to give the ultimate finish and sharpness to the blade.
